Information for Buyers
If you purchase an item from one of our sellers' stalls, please look carefully at the delivery times stated. Many items are made to order and delivery times may vary from 7 to 21 days.
If you have not received your goods within 21 days, your order may be cancelled and a full refund will be given. However, in order for this to happen you must notify us by email at sales@countrycraftstore.co.uk or by using the contact form on our website: countrycraftstore.co.uk/contact.html You should notify us within 28 days of the date of order.
Online payments can be made using Paypal's secure payment service either through your own Paypal account or using a credit/debit card. Money will be paid into Basicwebservices' Paypal account.
We will notify you when your order has been shipped.
It would be appreciated it you could reply to this email to confirm the satisfactory arrival or your goods. The seller will not receive payment until this confirmation is received or failing that until 28 days has elapsed from date of order.
